I feel like I made the best decision to go with Radha to buy my first house. He is am amazing agent and a very good human. He took care of all our needs and preferences and got us our first house exactly the way we wanted it to be. He had been really patient throughout the process and saw over a 100 houses with us to find us what we wanted. I am very happy with the purchase and the price at which he got us the house. I am definitely going to stick with him for all my plans that I have in pipeline. We had a very tight schedule due to work etc., however, Radha would work around his time based on our availability without any issues. The best part of his work is that his motive is not just to sell the house, he would point out both the good things and bad things in the house so that we are able to make a fair decision. I have been living in Toronto all these years and never heard about Waterdown where I purchased my first home with the recommendation by Radha. If I look back now, it was a great deal with excellent community. Also he provided us with neighborhood detailed documents before moving in which helped to identify more about this area. Radha helped us to familiarize with the buying process and used to update everyday during the process. Also he supported us in terms of getting mortgage, finding home inspector and lawyer etc. He picked us and helped us to go around to visit houses since we were not owning the car during that period. Radha never hesitate to explain once again to my wife even he may be already explained the same thing to me earlier. Also he respect his clients and make sure that they are happy during the buying process and even after the deal. Radha helped us to get our property way below the list price and the amount we were willing to buy. He really assisted us to get this properly at very good price. However, we did not have very good experience with seller agent after the confirm deal in terms of responses on our queries. We liked two properties at close distance and we were confused to choose the one for us. Radha helped to select one by highlighting the good and bad about each houses. Now we are very happy about the choice we made. Radha used to update us almost everyday and documents used to come irrespective of midnight or early morning. He is very dedicated and responsive. He is always available and reachable on phone or emails. He used to pick us and drop on time during our house visits.
