I have been living in Toronto all these years and never heard about Waterdown where I purchased my first home with the recommendation by Radha. If I look back now, it was a great deal with excellent community. Also he provided us with neighborhood detailed documents before moving in which helped to identify more about this area. Radha helped us to familiarize with the buying process and used to update everyday during the process. Also he supported us in terms of getting mortgage, finding home inspector and lawyer etc. He picked us and helped us to go around to visit houses since we were not owning the car during that period. Radha never hesitate to explain once again to my wife even he may be already explained the same thing to me earlier. Also he respect his clients and make sure that they are happy during the buying process and even after the deal. Radha helped us to get our property way below the list price and the amount we were willing to buy. He really assisted us to get this properly at very good price. However, we did not have very good experience with seller agent after the confirm deal in terms of responses on our queries. We liked two properties at close distance and we were confused to choose the one for us. Radha helped to select one by highlighting the good and bad about each houses. Now we are very happy about the choice we made. Radha used to update us almost everyday and documents used to come irrespective of midnight or early morning. He is very dedicated and responsive. He is always available and reachable on phone or emails. He used to pick us and drop on time during our house visits.

It is hard to find realtors who possess knowledge about the properties which can yield better results for us, and my family felt Radha did his due diligence well in order to understand our needs and accordingly sort the properties for us to choose from them. He is a true professional. He advised the pros & cons of buying any home with a detailed observation, before putting an offer and that helped me to think if I want to go ahead with the offer. He made my home so beautifully staged that I was surprised to see it and that enhanced the value and several people liked it. He negotiated the price with the seller and saved me good money. Being first generation immigrants and First-time home buyers, we had a ton of questions and not very confident to navigate the real estate market in Canada. Upon meeting Radha, we were not only confident but felt that we could finally work with someone whom we can trust given the horror stories of some realtor’s home buying experience these days. So, if you're looking for a practical, honest, professional Real Estate & Mortgage agent then you’re in safe hands. Post our initial conversation Radha heard us loud & clear and collected initial documents for Mortgage qualification. He gave us practical outlook of what we can comfortably afford and never pushed for anything over budget. I would like to stress affordability as we experienced many Mortgage agents we met before Radha was simply not being honest even the one’s in the Banks. Radha also encouraged us to shop around and see if someone else was offering better rates but we chose to work with Radha. Then in a couple of days we hit the road for viewings. Firstly, his approach to home-buying was very personal where he educated us by showing different types of houses in Canada (e.g., town home, semi-detached, bungalow etc.). Secondly, he showed us homes in 3 buckets upto $50k less than our budget, On-Budget and upto $50k over the budget to let us make the choice of what we can get for the money’s worth. Finally, upon deciding the style & budget we saw a lot of home (around 30 homes in 4 different cities all co-ordinated by Radha where our role was just to go on viewings. Whenever in a new city post the last viewing, he’ll take us to neighbourhoods to see what the city has got to offer us (e.g., Supermarkets, tourist attractions & shopping districts) to give us a feel of the town. Upon finding our dream home he helped us negotiate almost $50K from the original list price He was super diligent with his communications throughout offer-to closing. Radha also co-ordinated home inspection though it was a 7 year old home for peace of mind and explained me all the amenities and quick maintenance tips on equipment’s (e.g., furnace, water heater, fireplace). I had the most amazing experience with Radha. Right from our initial conversation, there was something about him that just felt right. Being a first time home buyer, we absolutely had no clue about the properties, what to look for, the process, the pitfalls. I had never seen a more patient man, who took time to help with all our questions, queries. Some of the best things I enjoyed working with him are Understanding the clients - In no time, he had sized our requirements even better than we understood it ourselves. Not even once, did he try to push his agenda, his thoughts on us. Even if he had a different idea, he'd explain patiently why he feels this is not a great location / property in the long run. He always listened to what our interests are, what our requirements are, and guided us accordingly. Meticulous planning - His itinerary/ logistics planning, booking the appointments, managing the timelines were so efficient, that we were able to see at least 15-20 houses every weekend for almost 4 months (close to 320+ houses). All the properties were per our requirements but with different levels. He showed us what we can get if we paid a little more, what we'd get if we paid a little less and what's in our budget - just to give us a good idea of the current market Knowledge - His long experience and his passion shone through as he showed us the different viewings. We'd discuss for hours on what to look for in the house, why this house is better than the other one, what causes this property to retain value better, the type of flooring, cost of renovation etc. These were nuggets of knowledge that we never could have gotten even after spending weeks of research on the internet by ourselves. Negotiation skills - By the time we got to placing offers, we trusted him 100% and we knew he'd do the best keeping our interests at heart. Even in places where we felt we'd quote higher, Radha would stop us and say no, you'd regret it tomorrow. The market is a little difficult right now, but be patient, you'd get the right one. Even the house we finalized, it was the best rate in the whole area. Houses sold before and after ours are still trending higher. He just knows how to connect with people, negotiate when the time is right Satisfaction - Radha was obsessed with our satisfaction. Every time, we'd put in an offer - he'd ask are both of you 100% satisfied. Does this feel like your dream house or does this feel like a compromise.
