I had the most amazing experience with Radha. Right from our initial conversation, there was something about him that just felt right. Being a first time home buyer, we absolutely had no clue about the properties, what to look for, the process, the pitfalls. I had never seen a more patient man, who took time to help with all our questions, queries. Some of the best things I enjoyed working with him are

Understanding the clients – In no time, he had sized our requirements even better than we understood it ourselves. Not even once, did he try to push his agenda, his thoughts on us. Even if he had a different idea, he’d explain patiently why he feels this is not a great location / property in the long run. He always listened to what our interests are, what our requirements are, and guided us accordingly.

Meticulous planning – His itinerary/ logistics planning, booking the appointments, managing the timelines were so efficient, that we were able to see at least 15-20 houses every weekend for almost 4 months (close to 320+ houses). All the properties were per our requirements but with different levels. He showed us what we can get if we paid a little more, what we’d get if we paid a little less and what’s in our budget – just to give us a good idea of the current market

Knowledge – His long experience and his passion shone through as he showed us the different viewings. We’d discuss for hours on what to look for in the house, why this house is better than the other one, what causes this property to retain value better, the type of flooring, cost of renovation etc. These were nuggets of knowledge that we never could have gotten even after spending weeks of research on the internet by ourselves.

Negotiation skills – By the time we got to placing offers, we trusted him 100% and we knew he’d do the best keeping our interests at heart. Even in places where we felt we’d quote higher, Radha would stop us and say no, you’d regret it tomorrow. The market is a little difficult right now, but be patient, you’d get the right one. Even the house we finalized, it was the best rate in the whole area. Houses sold before and after ours are still trending higher. He just knows how to connect with people, negotiate when the time is right

Satisfaction – Radha was obsessed with our satisfaction. Every time, we’d put in an offer – he’d ask are both of you 100% satisfied. Does this feel like your dream house or does this feel like a compromise. That is something that we truly appreciated

We are super, super happy with Radha’s services. We’d highly recommend Radha to any of our family, friends, colleagues. Buyer’s remorse is a big thing and having heard stories of friends around me, I was always worried. But Radha just made it a wonderful, amazing experience.
